1 lb. Italian Sausage (I like hot Italian)
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 cans stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 can chicken broth (14 oz.)
1 ˝ tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried parsley
12 oz. Pasta (I use Rotini)

Remove casing from sausage and brown in pan large enough to accommodate all the ingredients. Drain fat. Add onion, green pepper and celery and sauté for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cover and simmer 16 to 18 minutes, stirring twice.
