1 c Bisquick
2 tsp. yellow corn meal
¼ tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 egg
½ c milk
1 pound frankfurters

Directions:
Directions:
Heat fat to 375º. Mix Bisquick, corn meal and seasonings. Stir in egg and milk until well blended. Dip frankfurters into batter. Fry until brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Push wooden skewer into end. º
