1 large onion, chopped
1 large green peppers, strips
2 tablespoons oil
Meat from 1 whole roasted chicken (no skin)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 corn tortillas

1. Saute onion and pepper until tender.

2. Stir in chicken, cream of chicken and mushroom soup,tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder and pepper. Remove from hear

3. In a lightly sprayed (Pam) 13 x 9 baking dish tear tortillas into 1" pieces layer some tortillas on bottom.

4. Top with chicken mixture, 2/3 cheese - repeat layers (usually top with tortilla pieces so they will bake up crispy

5. Bake 350º for 30 - 35 minutes
