1 pint raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries
2 pints orange juice (Fresh makes big difference)
2 pints yogurt, sourcream, or half & half
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp dark rum or brandy (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

whisk the yogurt into the orange juice until smooth. Stir in the honey, booze, and spices. Let sit for at least half an hour in the frig to fully chill. Wash fruit well. If using strawberries, slice in half. Place fruit equally in bottom of soup bowls (glass is best). Pour soup over the fruit. Sprinkle with remaining nutmeg garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
