2 c water 1 c sugar
juice of 2 lemons butter (size of walnut)
3 egg yolks
3 heaping Tbsp cornstarch mixed with water(1/4 c)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, sugar lemon juice, and butter and let come to a boil. Add beaten egg yolks, and cornstarch mixture. Stir constantly until smooth. Pour into 9" pie shell and top with meringue (3 egg whites beaten until smooth), bake 350 15 to 20 minutes to brown.
