35 - 40 ears Sweet Corn, raw
1/2 lb. Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Half & Half

Cut the corn from the cobs. Mix corn, butter, sugar and half & half in a roasting pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. (Stir a couple times.) Remove from oven; cool. Place in freezer bags and freeze.

This is such an easy recipe for freezing corn. You don't have to handle hot cobs, and the corn is ready for the table. Just heat and serve.
