6 Poblano Chili's
1 lb. Chicken Tenders
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
2 Tomatoes diced
1 Onion diced
2 tbsp. Fresh Garlic
4-5 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in a saucepan
In the meantime, blacken chili's on your gas stove.
(if you don't have a gas stove, put in broiler until blackened, turning every 5 min. or so)
While chili's are hot, place in ziplock freezer bag.
Take chicken out of pan and shred.
in a small bowl mix chicken, onions, cheese, & tomatoes.
