Boil chicken in a saucepan In the meantime, blacken chili's on your gas stove. (if you don't have a gas stove, put in broiler until blackened, turning every 5 min. or so) While chili's are hot, place in ziplock freezer bag. Take chicken out of pan and shred. in a small bowl mix chicken, onions, cheese, & tomatoes.
