2 14oz. cans artichokes (drain and chop)
1 8oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained and squeezed
4 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
salt & pepper

1. Combine all except 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

2. pour into pie plate

3. Bake 350 for 10 - 15 minutes, or until hot

4. Add 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 5 minutes in oven
