4 large potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 stick of butter
1 c. Grated Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix potatoes and onions and put in bottom of casserole dish sprayed with PAM. Add 1/2 of cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix mushroom soup and milk and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake for about an hour or until potatoes are tender and browned. When cooked, add remaining cheese and return to oven until melted. Serves about 8.
