1 pound ground beef 1can refried beans 2/3 cup enchilada sauce 1/4 cup water 3 tbls onion 1 1/2 tlbs chill powder 3/4tsp salt 1/2tsp oregano 15-20 tortillas 1 to 2 cup cheese brown beef add next 8 ingredirnts cook 20 min heat tortillas spoon mixture in tortillas roll up i wrap mine in a paper towel then in foil you can freeze them
