5 cups chopped Rhubarb 1 cup sugar 2 cups mini marshmallows 1 yellow cake mix
Butter 9x13 cake pan Put chopped Rhubarb on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle sugar over Rhubarb Add marshmallows Make yellow cake mix according to directions. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Start to watch it carefully at about 30 because the marshmallows can make it get done faster. Use a pick to test. Serve upside down with whipped creme or ice cream!
