2 c. flour,
2 tsp. sugar,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
4 tbl. cold butter,
1/3 c. oil,
3 tbl. milk,
6 apples,
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, salt, oil, milk. Use your fingers to mix well. Measure out 1 c. reserve for topping. Press remainder evenly into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan. Press firmly with fingertips. Peel and core apples. Slice thinly, arrange in crust, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut up butter into little pieces and place on top of apples. Crumble on topping. Bake 15 min. at 400 º, then about 40 min at 350º, until apples are soft. Serve warm or at room temperature.
