2 mini baked pizza crusts,
3 tbl. apricot spreadable fruit or preserves,
1/2 c. fine chopped apple,
1/2 c. raisins,
1/2 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded,
Directions:
Directions:
Heat toaster oven or oven to 375º. Place pizza crusts on small tray, spread with fruit, sprnkle apples, raisins and cheese. Bake for 10 min. until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
