1/2 cup Butter (softened)
1 package yellow cake mix w/pudding in mix
3-1/2 cups cored, sliced and peeled Rome or Cortland apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1-1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 8 oz container sour cream
1 large or extra large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
mix butter and cake mix until crumbly. Press into 13"x9" pan (ungreased). making a little ridge around edges of pan. Bake 10 min. Put apples on crust mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it on the apples.

Blend well sour cream and egg with a spoon (no need for a mixer) and drizzle it over. Bake about 25 min. (until edges are light brown)
