3/4 c. apple juice,
1/2 c water,
2 tbl. gelatin,
2 c. sugar,
1 c. walnuts,

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 min.,
Add apple juice and sugar and boil for 20 min.
Pour into shallow glass pan that has first been dipped in cold water. Add walnuts.
Let stand 3 hours. Cut with a knife dipped in powdered sugar. Roll pieces in powdered sugar.
