1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. catsup
1/2 c. milk

Sauce:
4 T. vinegar
4 T. brown sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup or 1 can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except sauce together and shape into loaf. Set aside. Mix sauce ingredients and place over heat bringing to a boil. Pour over loaf and bake for 1 hr. at 350º.
