Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
"Meat balls and Spaghetti" was what my grandpa, Bud Webb, called one of his favorite meals. The recipe originated from his brother-in-law, Clarence "Hoppy" Hoppenstedt, who made it for the Webb family when he and Marge came to visit Denison. Fortunately, my grandma La Gene was able to obtain it from him and many more meals were shared and several more generations have enjoyed it. Tomato sauce is one of my favorite things, and the secret here truly is in the sauce --it makes the dish with its pure, not too thick or thin, strong tomato taste. Bon appetit, in honor of Bud Webb (He would have been 89 today, April 24th, 2009).
