Personal Notes:
You might as well double this recipe. Many people submitted it as a favorite. If doubled bake at least 45 min. I have found it as contest winners published in the news paper with a cream cheese frosting.
8 oz cream cheese,
3 tbl. soft butter,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar,
Cream together until smooth and frost cake.
