3/4 cup water
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
8 ounce sour cream
1 box Duncan Hines dark chocolate cake mix
1 box instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, eggs, and sour cream together with electric mixer on low until blended. Then add cake mix and pudding mix. Beat until creamy, 3 - 5 minutes. With large spoon mix in chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put mixture in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before taking out of pan. Invert to a wire rack. When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
