2 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3 shakes cayenne pepper

Prepare several hours or the night before serving and put in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
