1 1/4 unsweetened applesauce,
1 pkg. lime or strawberry gelatin,
1 c. sugar,
1 c. whipping cream,
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Heat applesauce. Add 1 pkg of gelatin, stir until dissolved. Mix in 1`/2 to 1 c. sugar. Cool until almost stiff. Whip cream until stiff. Pour onto gelatin mixture and fold in. Place in a baked 8' pastry shell. Chill at least one hour
