Rome apples peeled halfway and cored leaving bottom intact,
11/2 tsp. orange marmalade,
1/2 c. cranberry juice,

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in shallow baking pan. Fill each center with orange marmalade. Pour cranberry juice over apples.
Bake at 375 for 30 min. or until tender, basting with the juice every 5 min.
Serve hot or chilled with pan drippings spooned over apples. When ready to serve, place 1 sugar cube in each apple. Pour 1 tsp. lemon extract over each cube. Set aflame and serve immediately.
