1 1/2 Cups Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
5 Ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach, Drained
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Bake for 22 minutes at 375º or until slightly brown. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. Serve with oven baked Italian toast.
