1 tbsp. oil
1 large onion chopped
1 lb. ground round or chuck
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 16 oz. can pinto beans, drained
1 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1 16 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing

Directions:
In large pot, saute chopped onion in oil. When onion is soft, add ground beef and cook until brown. Add all other indredients and simmer for an hour. Ladle into bowls. Top with chopped green onion, sour cream and grated cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
