One can sweetened condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
1/2 c. strained fresh lime juice (3 to 4 limes) I sometimes substitute Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice.
3-4 tsp. grated lime zest
Prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake in a preheated 325 oven for 15-17 minutes until the center looks set but still quivery, like gelatin.

Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with mint sprigs and thin lime slices.
