Ingredients:
Pork Chops
Chicken or Beef Broth - 1 can or as needed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wash pork chops and pat dry. Salt and pepper both sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place in casserole dish. Pour broth into casserole dish (on side of chops as to avoid 'washing' off seasoning from top of chop). Fill until broth comes up to about 3/4 the height of chops. Bake for 30-45 or until chops are done as desired. Use temperature gauge to be sure not to overcook, thus avoiding dry chops.
