1/2 c nuts
2-1/2 c sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 bag bananas*
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1-1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, including juice from frozen bananas. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes. Test before you take out of the oven; Toothpick should come out clean.

*Freeze 3-4 ripe banana's in a ziploc . When ready to use, thaw in bag. This works slick!
