2 packages of chicken gizzards
4-5 garlic cloves crushed
2-3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp bread crumbs
0.5 tsp salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil washed gizzards for 1.5 hours or until tender to the fork. Save liquid. Cut gizzards to small pieces (7x7x7mm) by knife or in a food processor.
In separate pan fry oil with garlic and slowly add the flour and bread crumbs with continuos mixing.
Add the cut gizzards, the liquid in which it boiled, salt and pepper and boil with continuos mixing for 20 min.
