1 bunch green onions
2 English cucumbers, peeled
2 sweet banana peppers, seeded
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt
dry feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all the vegetables into equal-sized pieces. Mix with oil and vinegar and salt to taste. To serve traditionally, fill a small bowl with salad and invert it onto a plate. Cover the entire dome with feta cheese. This is what most Bulgarian meals begin with.
