6 c. sliced apples,
1 c. sugar,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
5 tbl. flour,
3/4 c. oatmeal,
3/4 c. flour,
3/4 c. brown sugar,
1/3 c. shortening,
1/2 tsp. baking powder,
pinch of salt,
1/2 tsp. baking soda,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients and place in the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
Mix as piecrust the rest of the ingredients. Pat this mixture firmly on the mixture already in the pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350-375
