1 egg,
3/4 c. sugar,
3 tbl. flour,
11/4 tsp. baking powder,
1/8 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts,
1/2 c. chopped raw apple,
Directions:
Directions:
Beat well egg and sugar. sift dry ingredients and blend with egg mixture. Add vanilla, nuts and apple. Mix well and pour into shallow pie plate that is buttered. Bake 20-25 min at 375º. Serve with whipped cream.
