2 bunches spinach
1/2 head of lettuce
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
5-6 strips of bacon cooked
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup red grapes
1 purple onion, diced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup bean sprouts
candied walnuts

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 Tbls. poppyseeds
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1-2 chopped green onions
Blend together

Preparing Bacon:
Put bacon sprinkled with 1/2 cup brown sugar on a tin foil covered pan and bake in oven @ 425 for 10 minutes. Turn bacon over and bake a bit longer.

Preparing Candied Walnuts:
Melt equal parts sugar and butter in sauce pan and stir in walnuts. Cook for a few minutes and then let dry on wax paper.
