1 head romaine lettuce
1 pear, cut into chunk's
1 avocado, chunked
Gorgonzola cheese to taste
1 3/4 cups slivered blanched almonds, toasted

1/2 small white, onion chopped fine
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
Blend together then add:
1 cup vegetable oil
1-2 tsp. poppy seeds

Optional: Add Craisins or pomegranates
