1 c fat free vanilla soy milk
1/2 c fat-free plain yogurt
1 banana - sliced
1/4 c frozen loose-pack blueberries
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine the milk, yogurt, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, wheat germ and flaxseed. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
