1 Can Shoepeg Corn 1 Can Pinto Beans 1 Can Black Eyed Peas (drained) 1 Chopped Green Pepper 1 Chopped Red Pepper 4 Stalks of Chopped Celery 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 Cup White Sugar
Heat vinegar, oil & sugar to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture & stir. Let marinate overnight. Serve with corn chips
