Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups of shredded beef (I use left over roast)
6 cups beef gravy (I use left over gravy or make some new with beef bouillon and thicken it with flour.)
1 onion finely chopped (optional)
1-2 cups sour cream
1-2 cups mayonnaise
Salt , pepper, onion powder, garlic salt or powder to taste
1 bag medium egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Shred beef. Prepare gravy keeping it on the thinner side. While it is boiling you may add the onions, bag of egg noodles, and seasonings. When noodles are done add beef. Keep warm being careful not to get too hot or beef will stick to the bottom of pot. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. Keep heat low to keep warm before serving.

Personal Notes:
This is not an official recipe. It is the best I can come up with as to amounts. There is nothing set in stone. It is just a recipe to use up left over roast. Feel free to add or subtract ingredients.
