12" oven
prepare and cook in 35 minutes

2 lbs ground sausage
1 - 32 oz bag of hash browns
12 eggs
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & remove from dutch oven.
Add hash browns into oven and fry in sausage drippings until golden brown.
Add sausage back in oven and mix with potatoes.
Beat eggs in bowl or zip top bag until well-mixed.
Pour eggs over potatoes and sausage.
Cover and add coals to top of oven.
Cook until eggs start to set up.
Add shredded cheese. It is best to keep it away from sides of the oven.
Replace lid with heat.
Cook until eggs set up and cheese is fully melted.
