Ingredients:  
1 can crushed pineapple
water
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint of whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the juice from the pineapple. To the juice, add enough boiling water to make 2 cups. In this, dissolve 1 pkg of jello. When cold and beginning to set, beat until light. Add cooked rice, sugar, pineapple and whipped cream. Put in refrigerator and chill.
