1/2 onion
12 oz. or 1 cup peas
1 lb. pasta
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper crushed (hot)
1-2 shake basil
1 shake oregano
1 shake garlic salt or powder

Directions:
In 10" skillet cover bottom of pan lightly with extra virgin olive oil. Cut onion up and put in oil until sauteed. Add peas and other ingredients so oil coats everything. Put on lid @ low heat. Prior to the above water should be boiling. Dump 1 box pasta into boiling water which has been salted. Cover and boil again 7-8 minutes. (Note: firm pasta taste with no crunch or very little.) Drain and place back in pot and add pea mixture. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese or Asiago cheese.
