1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz or Butter crackers, crushed

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Combine the first six ingredients and place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish
Top casserole with the crushed crackers and drizzle with butter
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly
