8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
2 lbs cooked shrimp, ground
10 green onions, minced
2/3 C mayonnaise
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce
Tony's Creole seasoning, to taste
Tabasco, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese with lemon juice and add all spices. Add shrimp and onions, mix well. Add enough mayonnaise for dipping consistency. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
