1-2 lb. ground beef
onion and green pepper if desired
salt and pepper to taste
1 can chili salsa, if desired
2 cans cream corn
1 package egg noodles
1 cup crumbled potato chips, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onions, pepper, salsa, and seasonings. Put this in the bottom of casserole dish. Cook noodles until tender, drain and put on as 2nd layer. Cover with cream corn. Put chips on top if desired. Cook at 325 for about 30 minutes.
