1 lb. rigatoni noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lb. summer sausage, sliced into small chunks
1 4lb jar of ragu sauce
1 pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. mozzarella or jack cheese, grated

Cook noodles. Saute onions, green pepper, and ground chuck. Add sauce and sausage. Layer sauce, noodles, and grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes @ 325 or until bubbly. This makes a very large casserole.
