2 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes
1 c. water
12 oz. ribeye steak, cut into small pieces
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. olive oil plus additional for drizzling
pizza dough, store bought or home-made
8 oz. shredded pizza cheese
2-3 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/3 c. red onions, cut into small slivers
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In a skillet combine potatoes and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes then drain the potatoes and set aside. Cook steak and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Set steak aside. Roll out pizza dough. Bake about 8 minutes until golden. Sprinkle some cheese on top of pizza dough. Add on potatoes, steak, onions, and rosemary. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
