3 cups uncooked rice
6 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup green onion sliced
6 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 cup diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice until tender. Drain and set aside until cool. Scramble eggs slightly in 3 T. of oil and set aside. Heat remaining oil in a skillet and add onion and heat one minute while stirring. Add rice, stir quickly to coat with oil. When heated add remaining ingredients until warmed thoroughly.
