2 1/2 cup sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 box (15 oz.) Raisin Bran Cereal
1 quart buttermilk
4 beaten eggs
5 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the butermilk, oil, and finally the eggs. Mix well. Refrigerate the mixture 6 hours (or as long as 4 weeks). To bake fill muffin cups lined with paper baking cups, 2/3 full. Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes.
