1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16 oz) cans Mexican style chili beans, undrained
1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (16 oz) can chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package dry Ranch dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in a large Dutch oven. Drain and rinse with hot water. Stir in all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with desired toppings:
tortilla chips, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, etc.
