Spread:
1 jar Sun dried tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil

Mini French Bread toasts:
1-2 mini French bread loafs, sliced very thin
olive oil
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all spread ingredients until spreadable and warm in oven or microwave.

Brush olive oil on bread sliced and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Brown in broiler.
