1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 package (8 oz) crumbled Feta cheese
1 cup light mayo
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jar (2 oz) diced pimientos, drained (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
Stone wheat thin crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or 3 cup shallow baking dish. Bake 350º for 20 -25 min. Serve with crackers.

Can be made ahead. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 min or until lightly browned.
