2 1//4 c flour (I use 1/2 whole wheat)
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla (can substitute lemon extract)
1 c yogurt plain or flavored (8oz.)
2/3 c butter
3 eggs

Glaze:
3 T. butter, melted
1 c powdered sugar
1-2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all cake ingredients and blend at low speed. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour in greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until done. Cool 15 before removing from pan.
Glaze: Add powdered sugar to melted butter and blend well. Add lemon juice till desired consistency. Drizzle on cool cake.

This is also very good without the glaze, topped with strawberries and whipped cream, or chocolate sauce, or just about anything.
